If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return (at your own expense) the unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery, for an exchange or refund of the price of the product(s) excluding delivery.

PLEASE NOTE* ALLOW 30 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE TO REFUND LATE ITEMS, THEY MIGHT STILL BE IN TRANSIT. AFTER 30 DAYS WE WILL ASSUME IT IS LOST AND EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns centre at the footer of our site
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
You will be charged $8 from your refund amount to cover the return shipping cost.
Am I eligible for free shipping?
If the item is faulty or damaged we’ll happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange. Change of mind purchases or size exchanges require the customer to pay for any return postage costs. You may ship from any postal service and send us a tracking link for the return shipment
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
All international orders
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you. Unless it is an international order
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on shipping the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
You will also be asked to compensate for returns shipping (if applicable, other options may be offered depending on order size, products, delivery time, distance and other shipping factors).
We can provide you with a label for return shipping that will cost $10. We do not reimburse shipping costs as it is a separate service provided by a separate entity.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
