How much does it cost to get my order delivered?

Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We offer a standard shipping option that is as cost-friendly as possible. We have free standard shipping available for orders over the amount on the free shipping bar at the top of the page in Australia only for 2-20 business days. (this is only an estimate).  All orders under the amount on the free shipping bar at the top of the page mark will be calculated at checkout with the estimated time and the lowest possible cost. Some of our products are delivered from different warehouses, therefore items could be delivered separately. 

How much does it cost to get my order delivered?

For international shipping, rates are shown at checkout calculated by the carrier, and the estimated timeframe for delivery is 6-27 days. However, if your purchase is over the free shipping amount you will be eligible for free international shipping rates offered to you at checkout. Free shipping opportunities are only sometimes available if it is part of a promotion. If free shipping is available it will be mentioned in the footer or the announcement bar.

How long will it take to get my order?

Packaging: We aim to pick up and pack your order super fast - as soon as possible, depending on how busy we are. The estimated time for deliveries will be shown at checkout. Some of our products are delivered from different warehouses, therefore items could be returned separately.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched including a tracking number from when you will receive your order. You may also get tracking by adding your phone number instead. There is a link at the bottom of the page for tracking services.  

 How do I ship a return order ?

To complete a return and receive a refund, the product must be returned to us in an unopened, unused state in its original packaging.  To complete a return visit the exchange and refunds portal at the footer of this page and navigate through the return process.  You may either ship the order at your own cost through a shipping carrier of your choice, or you may return ship the product via a shipping label provided for you by Sentient Official at the cost of $8 for the return label.
